Quartz water outlet refers to the joint between the frame and the parts formed during the casting of the model in the factory. The meaning is the import and export of materials in liquid form that are heated and flowing. The structural parameters of the immersion nozzle (SEN) largely determine the flow field characteristics of the molten steel in the crystallizer. Therefore, optimizing the SEN structural parameters to obtain a reasonable flow field of the molten steel is an economical and effective approach.
The raw material used for the water outlet is mainly quartz, which is a non plastic material. The mullite crystals generated by the combination of quartz and clay at high temperatures endow porcelain with high mechanical strength and chemical stability, and can increase the translucency of the body. It is the raw material and glaze for porcelain, and the raw material for high silica bricks, ordinary silica bricks, silicon carbide, etc. used in kilns.
